Since i was born i have had muscle problems in my legs. over the last few months they have gotten worse. i have started to get muscle spasms, massive pains and weakness and my legs sometimes my legs just completely give up. does anyone have any pain relief tips or something else that could help? they're just becoming a huge problem and could end up staying for life
